Numbers of singers at any given Mass range from 15 to 25. The adult choir sings a range of styles, from unaccompanied chant to contemporary Christian pieces. The ministry of Sacristan is one of the most ancient responsibilities in the Church. It involves preparing the vessels with Bread and Wine and cleaning the vessels after Mass. The Sacristan arranges the Presider Book, Roman Missal, Book of Gospels, and Lectionary. Communicating with other ministers is important to ensure that all are aware of any special procedures during a service. Fr. Marc oversees the sacristans in training and scheduling. Please contact him at fr.marc@stbens.net.
