NOVENA FOR REFUGEES & IMMIGRANTS
Join the Social Justice Ministry in a 9-day Novena to St. Juan Diego, praying for the safety and care of refugees and immigrants worldwide. The Novena will occur daily at noon, from March 19 (Feast of St. Joseph) to March 27. We will pray the USCCB prayer together for 10 minutes via Zoom. Homebound Ministry – Bringing the Eucharist to Those in Need
Do you know someone who is unable to attend Mass but would like to receive Holy Communion? Please contact your parish office so we can arrange for a minister to visit them.
We are also looking for volunteers to serve as Homebound Ministers, bringing the Eucharist and a sense of community to those who cannot join us in person. If you're interested in this meaningful ministry, please reach out to Fr. Duc Nguyen.

As part of the Archdiocese of Seattle’s 175th anniversary, the Season of Service launches this Saturday, March 1, and continues through the end of May. Show this fun video to motivate all ages to serve as the living Body of Christ and collectively volunteer 175,000 hours.

Seattle Catholic Dance Crew is hosting a Country Dance Workshop featuring lessons in country swing and line dancing on Saturday, March 8th, at St. Alphonsus Parish Hall in Seattle at 7 p.m. Young adults (21–35) are welcome to attend.
The combined St Vincent de Paul Conferences of Assumption St. Bridget, Our Lady of the Lake, and St. Catherine of Siena gathered together for a Mass and reception at St. Bridget on February 19th. This was a celebration of the Friendship and Spirituality side of our ministry. In addition to the great snacks and desserts, there was a rousing game of Northeast Seattle Catholic Community Patron Saint Trivia - won by Beth Schweiger of OLL. Thanks to all who attended.

In mid-January, about 50 people gathered to watch the film, "Cabrini," to hear an update about the Rivera family and to contribute toward the fund for the family's living and legal expenses. Well over $1,000 of much-needed and very much-appreciated money was contributed. Watching St. Frances Cabrini's advocacy for destitute immigrants in the early 1900s was inspiring and motivating in the face of church and civil opposition. Learn more...
